Welcome to the Andinn Organics Creator Portal ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). This App is operated by Andinn Organics to facilitate affiliate collaborations, product sampling, and campaign management with TikTok creators.

By accessing or using our App, including logging in via your TikTok account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use this App and participate in Andinn Organics collaborations, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be a legal resident of the United Kingdom.

  • Maintain an active TikTok Creator account in good standing.

2. TikTok Account Integration

To use our portal, you must authenticate using your TikTok account. By authorizing our App, you grant us permission to access your public profile, creator metrics (e.g., follower count, engagement rate), and Creator Marketplace data as outlined during the authorization process. We do not have access to your TikTok account password.

3. Product Samples and Fulfillment

As part of an active or prospective collaboration, you may request or be offered free product samples.

  • Shipping: By requesting a sample, you consent to providing a valid UK shipping address. We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to deliver samples.

  • Intended Use: Samples are provided solely for the purpose of content creation and evaluation. They may not be resold.

  • Fulfillment Limitations: We reserve the right to approve or reject sample requests at our sole discretion based on inventory availability, account metrics, or address eligibility.

4. Content Creation and Regulatory Compliance

Andinn Organics operates in the UK health supplement sector. As an affiliate and creator, you must strictly adhere to UK advertising regulations:

  • No Medicinal Claims: You must NEVER claim that our products can cure, treat, or prevent any human disease or medical condition.

  • Authorized Claims Only: You agree to use only the specific, authorized health claims provided to you in our Content Briefs (in accordance with the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register).

  • Advertising Standards: All content must comply with the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and CAP Code guidelines, including proper disclosures (e.g., clearly labelling videos with #ad or using TikTok's Paid Partnership tool).

5. Commissions and Payments

Collaboration types (Open or Target campaigns) and their respective commission rates will be presented to you prior to accepting a campaign. Commission payments and tracking are facilitated through the TikTok Affiliate network and are subject to TikTok's standard platform fees, terms, and payment schedules.

6. Data Privacy and GDPR

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.

  • Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) provided for shipping purposes will be automatically anonymized and scrubbed from our active databases 30 days after your sample has been delivered.

  • You maintain the right to request the manual erasure of your data at any time.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and any active collaborations at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, breach regulatory compliance guidelines, or if your TikTok account is penalized for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andinn Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, the receipt of product samples, or your participation in affiliate campaigns.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
